pinoyexchange.com is down. is it out for good?

pinoyexchange.com is a bulletin board we sometimes go to post but mostly read. it has been out, the website has been down for a few days now, a very unusual situation. googling it does not help – no information on why it is down and when it will be back up.

we wonder what happened to it? and is it not just down, is it out for good?
