senatoriable ariel querubin’s logo with the gritty look that works

para sa bansa querubin

this is the logo that colonel ariel querubin who is running for senator that he uses as a logo for his facebook account where he launched his campaign for the senate.

the logo works very well. somehow it has a combination gritty and serious look into it. for some reason this strikes me as a poster that the soldier heroes of old like aguinaldo and bonifacio would have for themselves. it helps that querubin is in his soldier uniform.

the style of using bright colors and his photo in black & white points it to that quality. it is simple enough and yet it grabs you in a good way without being pretentious and not trying hard.

this is a logo in his facebook account. i think it will work as hard if this is turned into a poster with minor revisions on text layout to make it less cluttered and get some focus on the message.

the only downside in making this basic design as a poster is the cost as it will mean full color printing. querubin may not have the funds to produce these full color posters in large quantities.

we wonder who did this logo? his children? it works very well.

yes sir, his children and their friends have been very active in his internet campaign. all the logos were done by college students who are friends of his children. all this was done free of charge. the youthful designs can be attributed to the authors of the said designs = the youth themselves
