    i think legarda’s indecision to run which she announced in january 2009 has hurt her ratings.

    voters stopped thinking about her when she announced that. and now that she is trying to get back, her sincerity and plans to run or not is one of the first questions asked of her by media.

    show now finds herself having to explain all the time. she also sounds quite defensive.

    there is a lesson here for presidentiables. its marketing 101.

      That maybe a factor because her “annoucement or whatever it is” makes the voters jump to the other side. As elections nears, she will definitely make a move again.
