I know acquired skill niya yan. I did not say that he is among them).

Don’t judge the book by it’s cover. So, don’t judge politicians according only to what they say. They might sincere but sincerely wrong!

Try to see the other side of the coin.

Obviously he wont go after GMA anomalies, so expect GMA to be in the background…Plus the fact na supported yan ni Danding na alam naman natin eversince nakikinabang sa mga kamaganak sa posisyon. Matalino sya, mahusay sumagot, teka ano ba nangyari nung Ondoy? panay presscon? gumising kayo GORDON-BAYANI sa pagbabago…aksyon..performance…o baka kasi isa kayo sa mga panay reklamo at takot sa disiplina.

yes true.. but have the other presidential candidates done something about it? bayani himself admitted that he had shortcomings during the ondoy disaster because he was unprepared.

you know what, you’re so stupid, first, he knows how to handle legals matters and he don’t just brag about it. and because you are so fickle minded, didn’t you know that Danding was disappointed on G1bo for leaving them, G1bo does not want utang na loob and Danding did not make him, he is just good and Danding wants to use him the reason why broke away. 2nd, the natural disaster does not choose who are the officials on ndcc, and if you are not stupid, he is only head of the coordinating committee, he has done his job… who were unprepared were the officials of the municipalities, but g1bo never pointed his finger to any mayors for not being prepared for that disaster. if only rubber boats you’re talking about, it was also the fault of the mayors, from march 2009, they are already available for ordering because bidding already finished at the end of the year 2008. Only because they could not overprized them in short corruption is not possible, mayors did not order those, so municipalities do not have rubberboats, mayors should have pogi points for saving their stranded constitutents. and because you talk too much on issues you did not reasearched, that made you a lot more stupid idiot. G1bo never blamed any local officials for that, why don’t you blame the mayors for every municipalities washed out by Ondoy.

Don’t judge the book by it’s cover? then don’t judge na trapo at bolero siya! inaappropriate pa ang quote mo, this quote is physical judgement. Remember, the important purpose of a book is to read its content, so if Gibo will be a book, please listen and understand carefully to what he says.

Don’t tell me that you will buy a book with a dilapidated cover?… Truly you can judge a politician to what they say… Remember, our character is inborn ability not acquired nor learned… Simple logic lang…”KUNG ANO ANG IYONG INIISIP, SYA MONG SINASABI. KUNG ANO ANG IYONG SINASABI, SYA MONG GINAGAWA. KUNG ANO ANG IYONG GINAGAWA, SYA MONG PAG-UUGALI. KUNG ANO ANG IYONG PAG-UUGALI, NO ONE COULD CHANGE IT..

        • January 26, 2010 at 10:09 pm

the country is in fact in a bad state. we have a president that the people do not trust, that find her performance in office as deplorable and someone we can’t wait to finish her term.

what economic recovery are you talking about?

Most detractor of PGMA has personal interest. Those who were not able to board the ship of PGMA got mad. So in return, they manufacture false accusation.. But we are human being with complete senses… Example, all Cabinet Secretaries of PGMA are on the field working hard to see the real situation…Unlike previous government whose secretaries could hardly be seen in provinces…

i am not for noynoy but i am also also not for gibo. ang pagiging matalino ay hindi sukatan pra maging magaling na presidente. kung ganyan din lamang ang sukatan, pwede ba nating sabihin na kung may pinoy counterpart c albert einstein ay bagay siya maging presidente? i think ang best thing to do is tingnan natin ang track record, platform at experiences ng mga kandidato at suriin nang mabuti kung sino ang karapat dapat.

Alam nyo, just look at his political background and the number of bills submitted that have been enacted in a law. Yes it’s true that voting should not be based on how the presidential candidates answer questions but it’s not the basis nor the point about choosing Gibo as the best pick. If you have an overview on all the candidates including their political experience and will, you’ll choose either Gordon or Teodoro. Everyone has their own opinion and I respect those. But for me, having a good intention is not enough. It’s just a matter of experience, outputs and the will to make Philippines a better country. We should not be blinded by their words. We should open up our eyes wide enough to see their outputs.

Hellooo…. Try to audience GIBO, then ask a sensible question… While he is answering, observe his gestures, his eyes and the thought of his answer.. You find sincere, honest and feasible solution in him… Why should you gamble your vote?.. To the voter, election is not a question of winning but a test of our conscience and a matter of screening our applicant to the position of President. Public forum is precisely similar to a job interview. One should give convincing answer in order to be hired… GANYAN YAN my friend, so put importance to you one and only vote…

i may not read the news often but if you look at Gibo during interviews and debates, he has a very strong personality. very few people are like that kaya mukang malabo yang sinasabi mong baka maging tau-tauhan lang sya. he isn’t out to please everyone. he has his own thoughts, he has his own stand on issues and he gives logical and feasible solutions to problems and i guess that’s what our country needs. he doesnt give answers to please people. that’s what i dont like with noynoy. he is out to please everyone. mas nakakatakot ang ganun. ang mga taong ganun ang ginagamit ng mga mapagsamantalang tao.

        May 8, 2010 at 1:06 pm

magaling nga sumagot si Gibo on interviews pero sa totoo lang, given na standard bearer xa ng admin malamang ang decisions nya would still be at the best interest of the administration. he was asked once if willing ba xang gumastos mula sa kanyang sariling bulsa for his candidacy at sagot nya ay “No way!” I think that sums it up kung sino ang in control sa kanyang pagkandidato.

        • Jose Ingua
          May 10, 2010 at 9:29 pm

The fact that Gibo didn’t use his own money for his campaign simply shows that he isn’t expecting something in return once he acquires the presidential position. He simply wants to serve. The reason why he chose GMA’s party is because he needs the political party’s machinery to fund and promote his campaign. He is intelligent enough not to be swayed by GMA. Utang na loob is out of the question.

As head of National Defense, Gibo Teodoro has a tremendous task of proving his worth to his name and his icon: Galing at Talino! Almost all happenings in the country should ought to be under his jurisdiction and should ought to be under his control. There are two recent major events that rocked his boat: 1. The recently concluded devastations caused by Ondoy and the subsequent typhoons that ravaged the country, and
    2. The recently witnessed most shocking and most heinous crimes committed in Philippine history by a group of criminals in the ARMM province of Maguindanao, thus, it is given the horrifying and infamous title of The Maguindanao Massacre.
Analyzing these two events gave us the indication of how unprepared is our leaders in disasters and calamities, and how complacent our law enforcers in implementing the rule of law.
Disaster preparedness should have already been established long ago in anticipation of such major catastrophies as the typhoon Ondoy and the subsequesnt typhoons that struck us. Preparedness in terms of personnel action, logistics, and financial assistance. But as we can see and heard over TV and radio, and by the testimonies of victims and survivors alike, preparedness was something non-existent in these trying times. Death counts tolled up every hour and every day. Victims and survivors took several days to establish shelter and safety. Financial assistance was mostly sourced by donations, both from local sources and from foreign assistance. Government was inutile to effectively handle such a crisis. It had struggled to do so at the unnecessary cost of many lives because the reaction time was slow! During these period, time element is of foremost consideration! It spells the difference between life and death!
The Magindanao Massacre is another example of the present Administration’s light dealing with crime, and the mocking implementation of the rule of law. As presented by the media on TV, loose firearms and unchecked build up of private armies and political dynasties contributed much to the temptation, planning, organizing, masterminding, and consummation of the crime.
In summary, the government and the offices and agencies that handled these responsibilities were lax in their works and functions, and are only taking lightly things that should have been taken more seriously! If voters still vote for him, and he wins, we just hope and pray that history will not repeat itself in his term.

    • Christian
      December 13, 2009 at 12:32 pm

May paninindigan ba?

Gibo as he being wise, is just one of the many good characteristics that he has. He is the man of integrity, of sincerity and of principles. If you will ask him, he will not give you what you want to hear, but he will give you the truth. He is not like the other candidates who would promise heaven and earth. As Gibo one’s said when he was asked ” how do you want people to remember you” Gibo answered, I want the filipino people to remember me as the president who will listen, and then will do something about it. No one can represent our country better to the other leaders of other countries but Gibo and only Gibo. Tnx

      • April 29, 2010 at 4:57 pm

If he is a man of principles why did he not do something about the many shenanigans of the administration he served? ZTE, Filtilizer scam, the Ampatuans during his tenure, Garci, etc… Integrity ba yung may nakikita kang masama, o kahit suspetsa man lang, tapos wala ka man lang ginawa? Security of tenure kamo ang ibig mong sabihin, at hindi integrity, principles or sincerity.

    • Jose Ingua

He is one of the best candidate in Philippine presidency in our history. He is straight to the point when answering questions and in presenting his platforms, it only means his visions for our country are clear and straight. What we seriously need right now is a leader who’s not only charismatic but also a leader who possess passion to move the country forward, and to that it requires a clear point of view to know and understand what the problems really are. There should be a state of balance in mind and in heart but most importantly there should be pure thoughts to bring this country out of poverty because a mind that understands is a mind that knows.

Gilbert Teodoro is the Man! Galing at Talino! No way! Yung nangyari sa Bagyong Ondoy at Pepeng was a very good test of his true mettle and true galing and talino! What happened? He was unprepared! What happened to Maguindanao massacre? Kailangan pa bang hintaying mangyari iyon bago gumawa ng solusyon! Whoever is the defense secretary at that time especially yung nagmamalaki sa kanyang galing at talino ay mabuti pang magpakumbaba na lang at huwag nang gamitin ang linyang iyan! Gusto ba natin ng Magaling at Matalino? Vote Dick Gordon for president! Gordon-Bayani Tandem! Kitang-kita ang mga resulta sa mga nagawa! Go na!

Many in the business sector feel that this administration has failed to deliver satisfactory performance based on these criteria: (1) competitiveness, (2) employment, (3) export growth, (4) foreign direct investments, and (5) fiscal stability.

The servant of God is for God… The servant of the government is for the government.. Serving two Lords at a time would never be be as effective as serving to one Lord… Remember Father Panlilio of Pampanga, was he really effective in his governance?. . .

Eddie Villanueva is like Noynoy. Both of them don’t have specific platform to address a certain economic issues… To say he is good, honest and God fearing is not a guarantee of a good President….Its a mere lip service… Please don’t boost to the people of Mindanao that you can bring lasting peace in our area… No amount of negotiation could the conflict in Mindanao… The only solution to Mindanao is to strongly go after to any person that violates the law.

As for this time, he may sound promising. But what happens once he take the seat? We cannot rely on human brains alone. There’s always this tendency that he can be swayed with temptations to do things he never even intend to do. We need someone who is guided by the truths in the bible. We need someone who has a deep relationship with God and strong enough to contend with the injustices that are happening in our political system. I am for Bro. Eddie, then.

Dick Gordon.Napatunayan na.Sigurado na.

I like Gilbert Teodoro but his relationship with the corrupt Gloria Macapagal Arroyo horrifies me. GMA is the worst nightmare the Philippines has ever had besides the dictator Marcos. GMA doesn’t care if she is hated by everybody, she keeps maintaining her corrupt life as long as her dishonest machinery is there. She relies on guys like Beedol and the gangsters of Maguindanao.
She will be remembered in history with people like Evita Peron, Imelda Marcos, Adolph Hitler, and Al Capone.

i am not pro gloria but gibo is the best choice for me. i think it is a huge fallacy to apply guilt by association to gibo. as he said, true, it was gloria who gave him the break he needed to serve the country, but his respect for the institutions as commanded by the Constitution is worth praising. he understands what he is saying.

honestly, i am mad at the likes of president marcos because our experience under his administration has led this country to distrust intelligent leaders.

gibo is a bar topnotcher. he’s superb analysis of the problems of this country will surely help him as President.

very impressive ang galing at talino ni mr. teodoro gibo… sa mga fora, magaling syang sumagot, it’s because he has a lot of facts..but im not impressed of his political will. the way he makes a stand on a particular issue. for me, based on my judgment on his performance sa mga fora, he tends to play safe sa mga sagot nya, he could make a categorical stand sa isang issue (like RH bill) hindi klaro ano talaga ang stand nya…at first, when we hear him talking, impressive talaga because he knows how to play words, enough ang vocabularies…rhetotical…very convincing…but try to read between the lines…… very decieving!

Practice what you preach.

Gud morning, Mr. Gilbert Teodoro…I am a 3rd year nursing student from Tacloban City,Leyte. In one of our subjects, we are asked to ask certain questions to the 2010 presidentiables. Since you’re one of them, I would just like to ask you a few questions. I hope it’s all right with you, sir. And as a citizen of this country and as a registered voter, I am also interested to know what you plan to do. The questions are as follows: If youi would win the 2010 presidential elections, what are your plans that would help in the progress of our country? If and only if you would not win, what are your plans? I am hoping that you would find time to answer these questions, sir. It would be of great help to me and to my studies. You may email your answer to louella_anne16@yahoo.com. Thank you so much and God bless..

Ako, Gordon at Bayani.

To my fellow Filipinos who already have chosen their candidate for president on May elections, please think about these thoughts:

If Noynoy was not born Aquino, would you vote for him according to his performance in the senate?

If Villar was not so rich and couldn’t afford to pay billions of pesos for his infomercials, would you vote for him according to his record of accounts?

If Gibo was not a bar exams top-notcher would you vote for him according to his performance as a National Defense secretary?

If Erap was not an ousted president/actor, would you vote for him according to his credibility?

If Eddie V was not a religious leader, would you vote for him according to his executive experience… if there was?

If Gordon was not unpopular, would you vote for him according to his achievements as mayor of Olongapo, chairman of SBMA, chairman of PNRC, secretary of tourism department, and chairman of the blue ribbon senate committee?

What i fear is the presence of the powerful forces around GIBO. We are very much aware of his family background and his ‘uncle of all times’ at bilang protege ni GMA…well, there’s a lot to observe still. kumbaga pending pa sya sa aking isip. Go Go Go for Gilbert “GIBO” Teodoro Jr…

As part of new generation. GIBO is the most prominent for president.

All of the candidates are intelligent and has the capacity to be a leader. But not all of them is fitted for the presidential position.

Villanueva???????? ha!!! Wasting his time filing the candidacy!!! NO NO NO NO NO

Delos Reyes and Perlas?????? dont know you guys… philippines is compost of thousands of islands and millions of people… just kept your fund to your wallet or else you may lose it.

Estrada??????????? He is intelligent but not wise.. Only his cabinet members, people encircle him and other parties are intelligent and wise dictated him to ensure and protect their interests (kawawa – nakulong dahil sa bisyo ng iba).

Madrigal????????? “TraPo” stop dreaming, you wont even catch a single vote from (south) us…

Aquino??????????? Can’t think anything of you. A teen boy hiding sa saya ng nanay.
or just go to the flow. Sen Aquino, we are not in 1970 or 1990’s, new generation na po. stop recalling what was your parent had made for the phil govt. i believe the late benigno aquino is very competent enough to be a good leader for us. And the mother of demokratikong pilipino late pres. aquino thanks for her goodness by abiding us. But (NOYNOY) sorry it would not be the reason why we should cast our votes to you. You are not competent enough to be our ruler.

Villar 😉 Good as well to be a president (Manny or Gibo hmmmm). The C-5 controversy is nothing, just the same with the others like Aquino (Las Haciendas)

GIBO GIBO GIBO GIBO GIBO GIBO GIBO parin……………………………………

    ISANG TULA

    ==================================

    Mga kababayan kong kristiano,
    Magkaisa na po lahat tayo,
    Ng pag-suporta sa isang kandidato,
Na walang ninanais kundi kapakanan mo.

Aanhin mo sipag, tiaga at talino,
    Kung gagamitin sa kapahamakan mo,
    Kailangan natin ng isang pangulo,
May takot sa Dios na tutoo.

    Ang mga tutoong kristiano,
Na kabilang sa katawan ni Kristo,
    Hindi gagawa ng mga motibo,
    Na makakasira sa kabuuan nito.

Kaya’t ano pa ang hinihintay ‘nyo,
    Mga kapatid ko kay Kristo,
    Magkaisa na nga lahat tayo,
Sa isang kandidatong tunay na kristiano.

    Siya’y masipag, matiyaga at matalino,
At may takot nga sa Dios na tutoo,
    Ang adhikain niya’y kapakanan mo,
    Pagka’t mananagot siya kay Hesukristo.

    KAY “BROTHER EDDIE” PO TAYO,
    PARA SA TUNAY NA PAGBABAGO.

Noynoy is a puppy of Cris. Imagine if he is already in position. If his back-ups pressure him to corrupt or do something immoral, then no doubt, he’ll do it. Obviously, Noynoy cannot stand on his own.

Villar is a businessman. Certainly, he is running for his business to grow more. He is not satisfied and is full of greed. He avoids public speaking [remember that first presidential forum when he was absent with the excuse of having a meeting in blah blah and blah blah?], of course he would do anything to get away with questions about his C5 road project, stealing P 6.2 Billion from taxpayers money. So if you hope for the Philippine lands to end up bald, then i recommend you to vote villar.

What we [YOUTH] really need is a leader who can stand on his own, inspire and influence us, and knows what to do when he is in position. Gilbert Teodoro is the only answer. I feel sorry for those who don’t choose him to be the next leader.

If none of them, vote for ERAP instead, at siguradong patay ang Pilipinas. Goodbye!

Gibo is the leader we need!
    Sulong Gibo! Sulong Green Team!

Nah! Becoming a politician must really have the skills or abilities to handle a certain municipality or a whole country. It is not important if you’re a top natcher or not as long as you are sincere and you think you can serve well in the public. So vote for the person you think to be deserving in the given position. Vote for the person you think will contribute a lot in our economy.

Don’t ever think to find a politician who is not corrupt but think of a politician who can do better things in the country because it’s impossible to find a person who doesn’t have the ability of corruption.

        Repost:
        Tests of leadership
        COMMONSENSE
By Marichu A. Villanueva (The Philippine Star) Updated October 02, 2009 12:00 AM

While others were busy nitpicking on the sidelines, it is noteworthy that Defense Secretary Gilberto “Gibo” Teodoro Jr. did not allow himself to be distracted from doing his job as chairman of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC). Since typhoon Ondoy struck last Saturday, Gibo has been on the roll. He is obviously doing his level best given the disaster-response capability of the government, which in itself is in a state of disaster.

This we saw on TV news as Gibo tried to assuage the public that government officials like him were ready to extend all assistance humanely possible to help those stranded and trapped on the rooftops of their flooded homes. Citing himself as example, Gibo was able to get through the floods by taking the elevated Metro Rail Transit (MRT) to Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City. A lesser stuff leader would just give up trying.

Given the sheer lack of needed rescue equipment such as rubber boats and transport facilities that could go through more than 10 feet high floods, the NDCC chief would drown on these woes. But fortunately he did not. Gibo showed the kind of leadership needed in these very trying times.

So it is no easy job to be on the shoes, rather on the rubber boots of Gibo. He did not have to wade through the floods to show he is on the job.

The immediate task before him is to mitigate the devastation wrought by Ondoy in Metro Manila and the nearby provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Laguna and Cavite. But given the available rescue resources at his disposal at the NDCC, Gibo had to make the hard decision “to give priority” to areas at most risk of being wiped out. At the height of Ondoy’s onslaught, Gibo identified the cities of Marikina and Pasig and Cainta as the areas where the rescue efforts must focus first.

It’s more than five days now but some areas in Pasig City and in Rizal Province are still submerged in waist-deep floodwaters. The floodwaters, especially those in Marikina City and in Cainta, Rizal, appear orange-brown. This means topsoil has been washed down. More rainfall at this stage clearly poses more dangers of landslides.

We are again faced with the threats of “Pepeng” which weather experts fear may develop into a “super” typhoon. Barely coping with the continuing demands of relief operations, Gibo is changing tack. This early, he has deployed the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to implement a “pre-emptive” evacuation of residents living in high-risk places or those prone to severe flooding and landslide. As the NDCC chief, Gibo also mobilized the Philippine National Police to help implement the “pre-emptive” evacuation, especially of women and children and those less physically able to move them out of harm’s way.

Of course, such forced evacuation is an extreme measure. For sure, a forced evacuation would certainly be met with stiff resistance. The natural instinct of people would be to stay in their homes and protect their remaining valuables. This was the same dilemma of rescuers at the height of Ondoy’s wrath. We could not blame these people when looters are all over the place taking advantage of the calamity situation.

But another question is, can the government sustain these evacuation centers already teeming with people rescued from Ondoy’s flooding? It is here where civic-spirited individuals and the corporate social responsibility of private companies come in. Our government can do only so much.

After taking stock of the extent of damage wrought by Ondoy all over Metro Manila and nearby provinces, Gibo raised the call for help to the international community. A leader does not pussyfoot in calling for outside help when faced with odds beyond one’s reach.

Fortunately, there was immediate response on humanitarian relief assistance that started pouring in from our neighbors and allies. The United States was the first to come to help. Friends from the international community later responded one after the other like China, France, Australia, the European Union, Singapore, Germany, Canada, and many other countries heeding the SOS call of the Philippines.

Last Tuesday, Gibo had a close call of sort with Mother Nature. Accompanied by PNP Deputy Director General Leopoldo Bataoil, Gibo took a morning flight on board a Vietnam-vintage UH-1H helicopter from Camp Aguinaldo to conduct aerial survey of Ondoy’s damages in Central Luzon. Safely landing at an Army camp in Arayat, Pampanga, they proceeded to the site where the landslides happened killing 12 persons. After they visited the affected residents and condoled with their families, they took off for Manila by noon. But by that time, bad weather started to develop.

While airborne, the Huey chopper struggled through thick clouds battered by strong winds and heavy rains. I’ve ridden many times in a Huey chopper and I know the feeling inside such a rough ride. A certified fixed-wing pilot, Gibo agreed not to push their luck. They diverted instead to Clark Field where Teodoro and his party planned to proceed to Manila by land.

With already zero visibility, the pilot was forced to take a precautionary landing at the first clearing he saw. It turned out to be the Ayala Mall in San Fernando City. The chopper had a safe touchdown near a garbage area. Hence, garbage trashes were flown all over the place by the whirring of the huge chopper rotor blades.

Wearing a ball cap, Gibo was initially accosted by the mall’s security guard and asked them: “Mga sino kayo?” It was only after Gibo removed his cap when the guard finally recognized him. The guard later told Gibo he has seen him on TV during the past few days. While cooling their heels at the mall’s coffee shop, some people started to recognize Gibo and gathered around posing for photographs with him. The group took off an hour later for Manila taking the same Huey chopper.

If it is any source of comfort for Gibo, at least there is now some increased awareness by people of who he is. But in fairness to the guy, he has resisted using this crisis situation he is busy with, as a platform for his presidential bid. He has the propriety and decency to keep politics aside for now. He must pass more tests of leadership to gain the trust of the people that they can rely on him to save their future.

      dodon :

grabe anong klaseng mga tanong yan!! ilang pera ba binayad sa host na yan? i agree with GIBO, during those calamities they’re just running out of resources at ang mahirap pa, once the resources is there dadaan pa sa legislative ang lahat ng resources na yan para sa madali-ang pag tulong. i think he’s not a lousy minister he’s just following the procedures.

    February 25, 2010 at 3:59 pm

I am quite sad and troubled to read such pasion, even anger in the exchanges above. If there is any anger we need to feel and express, it should be over how economically dislocated and so morally bankrupt the Filipino nation has become. It is a nation run by a national leadership that do not truly know God. It is a country where political posts are sought after with personal vested interests at the core of such ambitions. Unless the Filipino nation can put into effect stringent measures for self preservation, designed to genuinely and effectively prevent anyone holding public office, from the national leaders to the most lowly clerk, there are no significant and guaranteed signs that the Filipino nation will ever be able to get back on its feet again.

Stop fighting among each other, you are all victimes by an anti-people political system. Instead unite and find ways to institute stringent protective measures that would prevent any powers that be to engage in any anomalous political malpractices. When you succeed in doing this, only those whose hearts are for truly for public service will run for public office.

No one will protect you, but yourselves. History has proven time and time again, that politicians are not there to be public servants! Why is the nation at the bottom rung of the economic ladder? Who are those whose inexplicable riches grew overnight upong being bestowed public offices by the abnormally trusting Filipiino public?

You as a nation have your sights off track. Look at your recent history and ask yourselves, what are you willing to do to put into effect the necessary changes, other than shouting at the top of your lungs at your fellow victims, trying to outdo each other just who among your abusers and prospective abusers should have the public mandate to victimize you!

Wake up! Look at the face of the young and the undeniably pitiful inheritance you will leave them with. Has the Philippine economy ever recovered from the rut it has been in for almost half a century now?

I think it was Einstein who said that stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results! Change the laws of the land the governs the running of the Philippine government from the highest office down to the most lowly of clerks. You all seem to be so smart and wise in who to choose…before you choose, instill the necessary changes, so that choices will ultimately be limited to who is the best public servant among the contenders. Otherwise, you will keep on repeating the same downward cyclical processes.

I remember somebody told me this before, that a leader is incidental and will only remain a leader for as long as he/she continues to genuinely represent the interests of his/her group or constituency.

After the elections, all of you would be again powerless, hopeless, disempowered, and disenfranchised, but then again, what’s new? Your real leaders were killed and will still be killed by those you elect into public office and their collaborators, fellow leeches that feed on your blood, sweat, and tears, and those of your young.

Enough with the pretentions as to how well you know who will be the better master. Time to take an honest look and truthfully scrutinize and assess what is in the Philippine government system that allows for unlimited abuses by the supposed public servants. I think your efforts will best be utilized by doing this. Don’t think you can do this alone. All of you who have gone black and blue in the facing screaming, you need to all get together, and institute the necessary changes in your political system..and NOW!

If you won’t do it, who would? If not now, then when? The Bible says, “truth shall set you free!” Look for and expose the untruths in your political system and change them.

Stop being the victim!!!! Those politicians are not there for you!

This is just one of the fruits of labor that Senator Richard Dick Gordon have planted when he founded SBMA. People of Olongapo and Subic and people who migrated to Olongapo NOW ENJOY. This is just an example of what our country would become if Richard Gordon becomes the president. Sabi nya itaga mo sa bato. He has yet to break his promise. He will always deliver on his promises.
http://www.subicbay.ph/hanjin/index2006.html The article states “Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction Co. opened over the weekend a P40-million modern training center in the Subic Bay Freeport. “This training center is just one among the many good things that are happening in the Subic Freeport for the past six months and Hanjin will be the biggest shipyard in the country with a committed investment of more than $1 billion,” said Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority administrator Armand Arreza. “BY 2016, HANJIN WILL MANUFACTURE THE WORLD’S LARGEST GAS TANKER AND CARGO SHIP IN THIS FACILITY MANPOWER REQUIREMENT: INITIALLY AROUND 7,000 AND WILL PEAK TO 40 THOUSAND DIRECT AND INDIRECT WORK OPPORTUNITIES.”

Click this link…… Subic Bay is looking for Filipino skilled workers. If you ever get a job, please remember it is because of Senator RICHARD DICK GORDON’S relentless effort to create Jobs for Filipinos. So instead of volunteering for Villar, Noynoy, or Erap, get a job and help the country move forward.

Pero lets not forget. Si Edu ang Vice President nya. Sino mga Senators? Bong Revilla and Lito Lapid, among others. WAW!

After studying about it much, ke Gordon ako. Sigurado.

been reading a lot bout the presidentiables, and its only GIBO that do not have much bad issue except that he is linked to PGMA. That is bad comments (i should say) because for noynoy ang ayoko sa kanya, he is standing on the shadow of his parents..and his sister na OA na malandi pa…Mabuti kung maganda ang performance ng parents nya (may they rest in peace) wala naman halos lahat “FALSE HOPES” lang.

i appreciate GIBO, despite the bad image of PGMA, he still run as the LAKAS bet and proudly on his own image he stood with integrity. BUT DESPITE ALL ODDS GIBO IS HERE TO STAY.

AM PROUD OF HIS INTEGRITY.. WE WILL SUPPORT YOU…MARAMI KAMI DON’T WORRY..HAVE 4,552 FARMER HOUSEHOLDS WHO WILL VOTE FOR YOU…WE WILL SUPPORT YOU ALL THE WAY!!!

Actually, due to the lack of resources of the government, GIBO wasn’t able to help much. He did help but it wasn’t publicly heroic as people would have thought since he is running for president. It is unfair for GIBO if we blame him for the hundreds of deaths. It was a natural calamity, and there’s nothing we can do about it. As for the private armies, that was a bill passed by Pres. Cory Aquino during her terms. WE do need private armies since we lack soldiers. As for Senator Gordon, he lacks character.

Senator Gordon was once a passenger of my sister in this airline. He was seated in the economy class. He saw that all the “big” people was in the business class, he demanded that he be placed there as well. For me, that shows his character.

GIBO was also a passenger of my sister. This happened way before he was running for president. He was seated in the business class & there was also this guy seated at the economy class. The guy seated in the economy class had a cast in his whole leg. When they boarded the plane, Gibo asked my sister if they could switch places since the business class was way comfy & has much more space. He also gave his free food to that passenger. My sister back then didn’t know what GIBO looked like. My sister appreciated the passenger’s actions, so she wanted to know who this person is..and there, it was GIBO himself. After I heard my sister’s story, I knew who I am going to vote for ..

Do you see the big picture? Compassion & a man’s character doesn’t need to be publicly shown. It is what you do, even if people are not watching, matters.

i will certainly vote for gibo.!!!
most of the people here hated gloria, bakit naman???
if u accuse her as corrupt, well tanongin nyo naman sarili nyo….miminsan bah hindi nyo ginawa yan..!!!i doubt it….lahat tayo ay nakagawa na….

he is only proud of his parents..he has nothing to be proud of himself.

    GO GIBO……

I was once a supporter of manny villar but then I change my mind because he has lots of TV ADS, it already reaches hundreds of million, now I changed to Noynoy, kaso he does have the power to lead.. Try to think if noynoy could run the Government of the philippines where in fact he didnt even plan to run for the position of president, he was just overwhelm by the advises and the people who symphatizd during the last moment of President Cory.. He did not vision the Philippines to improve into a higher pedestal of development.. I raise my hand for GIBO TEODORO because despite of being in the administration.. I salute him for the very great answers and ideas he have. What you can share to the public is what you think, believe and stand to.. With regards to the issue of CORRUPTION.. Why is that most of the people says that if GIBO will win, there is still corruption,, WHY? Do you believe that if NOYNOY or VILLAR or sino pa yang mga presidentiables na yan ang manalo, CORRUPTION will be at EASE?? DO you think corruption in the LOCAL PROVINCES,CITIES and even the BARANGAY GOVERMENT will be eliminated??? therefore, dont and never say that CORRUPTIONN will be at ease if NOYNOY or VILAR will win..
I will stand with my feet and raise my one loud voice::: GIBO for PRESIDENT: GALING AT TALINO.

If he becomes our President feeling ko kasi gaganda na ang takbo ng kalagayan ng ating bansa in many aspects, he can command the respect of people around him, kasi nakita ko sa kanya ang qualities of a true leader. We co exist with other nations, nakapangliliit naman tingnan bilang Pilipino na aanga-anga lang ang Presidente mo sa harap ng ibang heads of state – yan kapag hindi si GIBO ang mag represent sa ating bansa. gordon – because he lied. the 9th sun-ray on the flag is for ALL mindanao, not just for muslims.

villanueva – because he’s clueless, just like noynoy.

villar – because he’s failed to come clean on what’s been accused of him.

madrigal – because she’s not worthy.

de los reyes – because he’s not yet worthy. better if he ran for senator first.

gibo – hmm why not ?
    – of all people, why pick edu as VP? weird.
    – of all people, why piss off danding? strange.
    – of all people, why train under estelito mendoza? creepy.
    – of all people, why did GMA pick him as presidential candidate? befuddling.

we tested intelligent personalities like gloria for one; and it was all in vain because of anomalies and corruption causing her to bareface. but gloria’s intelligence is hers, and gibo’s intelligence is his too. do not expect from two persons with same acumen to have same reflexes and instincts. by any sense of logic, no two individuals with same level of intelligence share the same manner of thinking and opining about certain things, and in the same way, they don’t have same magnitudinal outlooks. but anyway, these are how people with mentalities below waistline think. this is their share of the world’s imperfection. whether you like it or not, and by any scheme of things, gibo has the best qualifications among the presidentiables.

Galing at talino po tayong lahat..
